  • Can you explain my repair options?

    Absolutely! Auto Repair Mom will talk with you about solution options – not in hifalutin “mechanic speak” but in a language you can understand. Don’t be embarrassed to ask a lot of questions. That’s why Mom is here. It’s our job to help you understand your repair options so you can make the right decision for your vehicle.

  • What is your labor and parts warranty?

    We stand behind our work, and your satisfaction is guaranteed. Auto Repair Mom warranties most parts and labor for 36 months/36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Some warranty options may vary, so just ask and we’ll be happy to provide a complete listing.

  • Will I receive a written record of repairs?

    You will receive a printed receipt that also details any repairs.

The Auto Repair Mom technicians use the latest technology to not only tell you if there are any issues with your vehicle, but show you. If we uncover an issue the photo will be e-mailed to you for your records. At the end of every visit you will receive a detailed report regarding the general health of your vehicle.
